Arkadium Spider Solitaire Walkthrough

Spider Solitaire is a card game that was included in most versions of Windows from the year 2000 onward. Arkadium Spider Solitaire is a Flash version of the same game. Why play a Flash version when you can just open the application, you may ask? Well, there are some crazy souls that use operating systems other than Windows such as Linux distributions or Mac OS. Playing on the Web is also a good option for office workers or students using computers that have access to game applications blocked.

Arkadium Spider Solitaire features three levels of difficulty: Easy (with one suit), Medium (with two suits), and Difficult (with all four suits present). After selecting your desired level of difficulty, the cards will be dealt. Your objective in this card game is to build eight sequences from king to ace. These sequences can be built regardless of suit, but sequences of the same suit can be moved as one unit. When all face-up cards in a column have been moved away, the first face-down card in that column will be flipped over. Cards can be moved in columns that are completely empty.

If you run out of available moves, you can click on the deck of cards in the upper-left corner of the screen to deal new cards. These cards are dealt at the bottom of each column. I advise you to avoid dealing new cards until you have put as many cards into sequences as possible since the new cards that are dealt may actually make it harder to form sequences. If all cards have been dealt and there are no more valid moves, you may choose to resign by clicking the button at the top of the screen.

Arkadium Spider Solitaire is great for passing the time or quick gaming breaks. If you don't have access to a Spider Solitaire application on your computer, this card game serves as a great substitute.
